Elizabeth Greenblatt, MPH, MFT
Elizabeth is a Marriage and Family Therapy student at National University, where she is specializing in systemic sex therapy. Elizabeth is known for her thoughtful presence, curiosity, and ability to create a space of ease and acceptance for her clients. She believes therapy is a practice of integration and healing where people clarify their stories and patterns, reconnect with their inner wisdom, explore what they need, and build more authentic and nourishing relationships. Elizabeth is open both to couples and to individuals of all ages, and she brings curiosity and care to each client’s journey.
With over 30 years of experience as a health and sexuality educator and 8 years of parent coaching, Elizabeth brings a rich foundation in supporting people through life transitions, relational challenges, and deep questions about who they are and how they love. In her sex therapy work, Elizabeth brings a sex-positive, trauma-informed lens to her work, and is passionate about helping clients explore the complex relationship between identity, intimacy, and connection. Her approach with couples is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a deep belief that everyone deserves spaces where they feel seen, safe, and supported. Elizabeth has completed Gottman Level 1 training and is excited to incorporate her knowledge into her work with couples. She creates affirming spaces for clients from queer, trans, polyamorous, and kink communities, and holds space with cultural humility and care.
